I am assuming you are here because you want to launch a new wedding planning business or you have been dabbling in weddings and are ready to take it full time and leave your 9-5.

That is where I was over a decade ago, I was working in marketing and events and loving making people happy in an event capacity.

As cliche as it sounds, one day in Denver Colorado I confessed to my husband that I think I want to start a wedding planning business I want to serve brides in what can be a stressful season. So we took a $300 investment (which seemed like a lot of money at the time), and built a 6 -figure wedding planning business you see today. 

What’s crazy is that as the business grew and spiraled into what it is today – this content is exactly what I used to grow Chancey Charm. The reason for that is because along the way, I was in a situation where I was in Colorado but moving to Atlanta so it was a frustrating season as I wanted to be booking clients in a different location to the one I was in. So it forced me to really start working hard on our marketing. I eventually realized that marketing and education is an area where I feel the most fulfilled in my business.

I soon started building a team in Atlanta and once Atlanta really started taking off I realized I had a formula of how to successfully launch a wedding planning business. That’s why I started launching so many locations. We originally launched 15 locations but only have 13 now, so that is encouragement to you that there are not always successes but failures too. Both my successes and failures have played a part in creating the content you see today.
