What is the history of your venue?
We have been hosting events for almost 15 years now. The Gallery: a distinctive French Mediterranean–style venue located in the Galleria area. Our indoor and outdoor venue is full of old-world charm and a style that embraces a simpler time when life was less hectic and people bonded with the natural world.
The Gallery’s distinguished architecture possesses a casual elegance that is in harmony with the natural elements found outside and inside, and brings a sense of celebration to each event. The Gallery is an exquisite alternative to hotels and country clubs that require you to tailor your event to fit their services. Instead, The Gallery provides a private, architecturally inspired venue in which to indulge yourself and your guests. Guests are invited to explore the facility and flow through the interior rooms to the outdoor patios and gardens.
What is the best feature of your venue for couples on the venue hunt?
Our best features our beautiful outdoor spaces, i.e. our gorgeous ivy wall, jasmine courtyard, first-look courtyard, upstairs terrace, 3 wrapped oak trees. Couples wanting the flexibility of both indoors and outdoors love our venue. As well couple wanting flexibility in their choice of vendors.
How many people does your venue hold for an event?
We can accommodate up to 360 indoors and 300 outdoors for dinner seating. We accommodate up to 600 guests standing.
Main ballroom: 180 guests with buffet setup/200 guests seated dinner
Upstairs Bar-area: 100 guests seated dinner
Upstairs Overflow Room:100 guests seated dinner
What perks does your space come with? (tables, chairs, stunning views, etc.)
Tables, chairs, and police officers are included with the base rental.
We also allow our brides access to the dressing room at 10am and groom may access his room 3 hours prior to ceremony.
Our venue has stunning outdoor spaces for amazing pictures and French-Mediterranean architecture.
Best piece of planning advice you have for a couple who just got engaged?
Start with booking a venue first, then everything else will start to fall into place.
