Why did you decide to open your venue?
The owner saw a vision of having weddings at the venue and wanted to bring it to fruition.

How many people does your venue hold for an event?
250 for the interior space, seated. We can accommodate more in tents and on the Events Lawn, upwards of 1,000 for non-profit celebrations.
What makes your venue unique?
The unique spaces within the main space. The venue has amazing spaces that are unique to any special event venue. For instance, a Photo Booth and The Lost Horse Lounge, which is for our grooms and their friends offering a gaming table, large screen TVs and a cigar lounge. We also have a kids room, baby grand piano and a 1920s loft, a wine room and grand ballroom. Our courtyard accents include uplighting on the trees, market lights suspended above, a turret ideal for photos on the spiraling staircase, a backdrop for a ceremony that is designed with over 75 candles and a multi-room bridal suite.
Best piece of planning advice to a new bride
Make sure in Colorado you have a venue that offers indoor back up space should you encounter inclement weather!

What is your ideal couple like?
Anyone that wants an outdoor, farm style venue with a red barn similar to an East Coast equestrian ranch. We love anyone who wants to enjoy the day exclusively (only one event per day) and “do it their way.” The venue is awesome when people design it to be a classic, western barn party – or designed with chandeliers, jewels, sparkles and elegant accents. Also, an elegant ranch look works well too! The venue just works well as it has so many design accents!
