Today’s email has one HUGE focus… vendor partnerships! Y’all know, I’m a firm believer in the sweet spot, where online leads + referrals collide into your healthiest business – aka living your “best life”. I’m also convinced that it doesn’t matter how much traffic you get, unless you have a stunning portfolio + brand + reviews + sales process to convert. Blah – SO MUCH goes into attracting + booking your ideal client! But, for today let’s focus on building a great network. Sound good?! And, we will hit the rest up later!
It’s going to be as easy as sending a few emails to vendors you love to initiate some quality vendor partnerships. Yep, that EASY! I’ve shared an email template below, inviting vendors and venues you know and love to a partnership. When done carefully, this is a great way to increase your referral stream. I want to encourage you to take 10 minutes this week to send out at least 5 of these emails to vendors you LOVE to begin building vendor partnerships!

Hi [VENDOR NAME],
I hope that your year is off to a fantastic start! We are busy, busy over here with new clients + wrapping up spring weddings. And we are truly looking forward to a stunning wedding season in the months ahead.
I wanted to reach out quickly to see if you’d be open to being a part of our preferred vendor or venue program?
The idea would be that we would add your business to our preferred vendor list and that you would do the same in return. Allowing us to work together more often, as a vendor we adore and trust.
Here is a peek at my current list: [LINK TO YOUR PREFERRED PARTNER PAGE HERE]
We are currently building out our preferred vendor list, linking to our absolute favorites in the area and maintaining high standards in our references. As we would love to see this list remain a pillar of our services for years to come.
Would you like to become a part of this program and partner with us? We truly adore your [WORK OR SERVICES OR VENUE] and believe you’d be a great partner for our clients.
